The toothpicks should rest on the rim of the glass, allowing the lower portion of the pit to dangle into the water. Once you’ve secured the toothpicks in place, it’s time to find a suitable container for your soon-to-be avocado seedling. Position the toothpicks about a third of the way down from the pit’s tapered end.
